Standard heights for Verti-Crete of Northern Nevada privacy walls are 6′ & 8' tall. Each panel is 12′ long and 4″ to 5″ thick depending on the design. Each column is 20″ by 20″ square. The spacing then, of each column is 13′ 2″ from center to center. Other additional wall heights are 2, 3, 4, 10, & 12' Specail order.
Verti-Crete columns are installed on top of pier footings. Two pieces of rebar, cast into the footing protrude up through a hollow center within each column. Each panel then spans from footing to footing and fits within a groove cast into either side of each column. Once a section of wall is assembled and leveled, each column is filled with concrete, anchoring it to the rebar and footing.

The most common method of coloring is to apply a specially formulated concrete stain designed to resist fading and protect against moisture penetration by sealing the concrete. After the product is installed, a base color is applied with an airless spray gun. Then, accent colors are applied to individual stones to create the subtle yet realistic look of actual stone. The texture, including grout joints, is created in the mold itself.
The costs to produce and install Verti-Crete walls can vary widely depending on material costs, labor rates and local engineering requirements in your area. Please contact us to get a quote for your specific project.

Verti-Crete walls are precast within our proprietary Panel and Post Stacker Systems. The forms are used at our central production facility in Hazen, Nv. and then the individual panels and columns are trucked to the job site where they are installed and stained. The forms, however, are designed to be portable. A producer may be able to temporarily move the forms and cast at the jobsite itself if the size and location of the job warrant such a move.
